How fast is Premium Interstate delivery?
We offer same-day interstate delivery. Items picked up in the morning are typically delivered the same day, depending on flight availability between origin and destination airports.
Which cities do you service?
We operate between 7 Australian airports: Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE), Perth (PER), Adelaide (ADL), Darwin (DRW), and Cairns (CNS).
What can I send?
Most items that comply with Australian aviation regulations can be sent. Prohibited items include dangerous goods, flammable materials, live animals, and illegal substances. Check our Terms of Service for the full list.
What are the size and weight limits?
Items must fit within airline carry-on or checked baggage dimensions. We support items from small envelopes up to large packages. Specific limits and surcharges are shown during the booking process.
How do I track my delivery?
After booking, you receive a tracking reference (e.g. ZNF-260317-K7WP3N). Enter this on our Track page to see real-time updates. You will also receive SMS and email notifications at key milestones.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express via our secure payment processor. Payment is required at the time of booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Bookings can be cancelled before the item has been collected by a driver. Once collected, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Is my item insured?
Basic cover is included with every booking. Liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment. For high-value items, we recommend declaring the full value at the time of booking.
