These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Premium Interstate same-day interstate delivery service operated by Zoom2u Pty Ltd. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

Premium Interstate provides same-day interstate delivery services across Australian domestic airports. Items are picked up from the sender, transported via commercial flights, and delivered to the recipient.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and our acceptance. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. Payment is required at the time of booking.

Prohibited Items

You must not send dangerous goods, illegal substances, perishable items without appropriate packaging, live animals, or any items prohibited by Australian aviation regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any item at our discretion.

Liability

While we take every care with your items, our liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the maximum amount specified in our insurance policy, whichever is lower. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, airline schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled before the item has been collected by a driver. Once collected, cancellation may not be possible and fees may apply. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
