Booking a Delivery
To book a delivery, log in to your account and click "Book New Delivery" from your dashboard. Follow the steps to enter your pickup and delivery details, item information, and payment. You'll receive a confirmation with a tracking reference.
Tracking Your Delivery
Use your booking reference (e.g. ZNF-260317-K7WP3N) on our tracking page to see real-time status updates. You'll also receive SMS and email notifications at key milestones.
Service Areas
We currently operate between 7 Australian airports: Sydney (SYD), Melbourne (MEL), Brisbane (BNE), Perth (PER), Adelaide (ADL), Darwin (DRW), and Cairns (CNS). Items are transported on commercial flights for same-day delivery.
